At Ingenium, we’re on a mission to equip youth with the character skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life. In fact, we believe that character is so important to success that we've changed our name from School-to-Career Progressions to Ingenium, which is Latin for "character."
Ingenium’s Strong Character model works. Character is the way a person thinks, feels, and behaves (Merriam-Webster, LearnersDictionary.com). Strong Character is doing what is right even when it’s hard to do. A positive mindset, healthy emotions, and successful behaviors are the three keys to a strong character.
Ingenium's Strong Character workbooks and online courses reflect leading, evidence-based practices and engaging, user-friendly instructional design. These workbooks and online courses feature simple, easy-to-follow skill building exercises, full color images, and knowledge checklists to reinforce learning for youth, parents and youth leaders alike.
Our practical and easy-to-use resources help kids learn and practice the skills that develop strong character.
We equip parents with methods and tools on how to coach their children in developing strong character skills.
These resources are designed for teachers, counselors, youth pastors, or any other adults who work with kids.
